This document contains important and practical matters that you need to comply with before the construction team can get to work. We recommend that you also use this document as an internal checklist. One week before the start of construction, you can go through the checklist again to see if everything has been arranged.

  • Construction site

      • Floor plans / drawing

      • Add here the plan / drawing of the entire campsite with the accommodation(s) to be built. You can do this by using an existing map of your campsite on which you have added the location of the accommodation(s). Or you make a print screen of your campsite using Google Maps and enter the location of the accommodation(s). the location of the accommodation(s).         • Terrain conservation

        • Take precautionary measures by using driving plates if you expect that your site cannot withstand machinery.
        • Add the location of the driving plates to the plan / drawing you submitted earlier on which you indicated the location of the accommodation(s).

          • Machinery

            Machinery must be present to unload the material from the lorry and during the set-up period. This should be a rough terrain forklift of at least 2.5 tonnes.

              • 3. Accommodation

              • Presence of contact person

                Before the start of construction, the contact person is present to briefly go over the project with the team leader of the construction team.               • 4. Completion and departure

                To make sure that everything is as it should be, we think it is important that the client and the team leader check the structures together. To this end, the accommodations are checked together using a completion form. When approved, this is ticked off. This list must be signed by the client. Any defects are noted.
